Prior to joining Keller Williams Realty, Sue was in the business world as a computer systems project manager and developed a reputation for consistently delivering projects on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction.  She was most recently employed by Microsoft for five years as part of a successful effort to increase customer satisfaction with Microsoft products and services.
